Our TWS Work Management Methodology lays the groundwork for better teamwork by making Goals, Assignments, and Actions clear and visible.  Goals are set for the team, and a team is either a front line team or a management team at any level of the organization.  These goals then cascade down to the front line team and the individual contributors.  Assignments are set to individuals and align to the goals based on priority.  Actions are the specific tasks of the assignment and are scheduled and monitored.

Team Goals, Project Goals, and Resource Managment

Most organizations have evolved beyond traditional hierarchical structure, and often have project teams that use functional resources from functional teams or pools to get an initiative accomplished.   In TWS, each person has assignments which can be in support of either a Team Goal or a Project Goal, allowing for prioritization of the demands on their skills and abilities so that everyone is working on the most important goals.  With TWS, managers at all levels have visibility of the work plans and progress allowing for agility and better decision making.

Performance Coaching is a skillset and toolset for leaders at every level including informal leaders.  By improving coaching skills in your organization, you can bring out the best in every individual contributor.  Our process is focused on providing each team member with a personal plan that becomes the joint responsibility of the coach and the coachee.  The process begins with identifying the top 3 responsibilities for that person in their current role/function.
